This movie was a truly awful experience. It centers on a Romanian village where a man and his wife are murdered and then buried, only to return from the grave. While the husband actively torments the villagers, his wife spends her time eating—a premise that seems like it could be funny, but isn't at all. The pacing is painfully slow, the plot is incomprehensible, and the people involved are dull and unpleasant. It lacks any humor, excitement, or suspenseful scenes.
