This is a fun film! It feels like a combination of *Dirty Dancing* and *Blades of Glory*. The humor lands better than the romantic scenes, but it’s still an enjoyable movie—even if you aren’t into dancing. I could see what was going to happen next, but that didn't detract from my enjoyment. The lead actors, Paul Mercurio as Scott and Tara Morice as Fran – both making their first appearances – have good chemistry together. Bill Hunter is the best part of the cast, although his performance isn’t quite as memorable as it was in *Kangaroo Jack* from 2003. And that's okay with me.
