This movie involves a young teenager who finds an alien spider, and then things escalate quickly as the creature grows to a massive size and becomes incredibly hungry. I genuinely enjoyed watching this creature feature. It unfolds at a more deliberate pace than you might expect, dedicating considerable time to developing the characters, which likely contributed to its lower scores. However, I found all of the characters to be appealing, somewhat eccentric, and facing relatable issues that heightened the tension.
