I’ve watched this movie a number of times throughout the years, and while it's not particularly good—the story felt like an extended segment from *Star Trek: The Next Generation*—it still managed to amuse me somewhat. It was disappointing that Malcolm McDowell’s character wasn’t explored more fully; we were informed about his reasons through exposition regarding his family’s fate, rather than experiencing it directly through flashbacks. However, the main attraction was witnessing the two well-known Captains sharing a scene, even if their time together amounted to just 25 minutes. **3.0/5**
