I just couldn't get into this movie at all. There were a few moments where Statham was amusing, but otherwise, _Spy_ didn’t do anything for me. I realize some people like this kind of film and other movies from the same creative team, but I honestly can’t see what they find so enjoyable; it's possible that _Spy_ is superior to their previous work, or perhaps not, but it certainly didn’t change my mind about these collaborations. _Final rating:★★ - It had a few elements I appreciated, but the overall result was disappointing._
