I wasn't impressed with how Jake Gyllenhaal’s character was written; he felt kind of silly. It also seemed strange that Peter Parker would take selfies, since he’s supposed to be someone who puts others first. And the storyline involving Fury just didn’t need to happen. However, I do think Tom Holland is a likable performer.
