It wasn't terrible, but I’d give it around a 6.5 out of 10. The movie doesn't live up to the earlier films, and I honestly don’t understand why it’s doing so well with audiences and critics. It came across as an overlong film that seemed to be propelled by excitement for a Tom Holland movie alone. My main problem was with the supporting characters. The emotional impact of *No Way Home* stemmed from Peter's sacrifice allowing them to have safe lives, and bringing these people back without their memories of him felt like a cheap way out. They didn’t add anything meaningful to the plot and seemed to be there just because they had to be. Undoing that sacrifice diminishes what happened in the previous film, and the story would have been much more focused if those characters hadn't taken up screen time. The pacing and sense of importance were also disappointing. A weak main conflict made a 2.5-hour movie feel slow, with surprisingly little actually happening. To try to cover up the lack of forward movement, random appearances by other heroes were thrown in for the fans instead of focusing on Peter’s journey, which just bogged down the story with broader MCU concerns. The action and visuals didn't impress me either. Instead of realistic, close-to-the-ground fighting, the big scenes felt standard and relied too heavily on computer graphics, culminating in a hurried final act that prioritized noise over emotional resolution. It’s an average movie; good enough for a relaxed night at the theater. But as a major release, it's disappointing. People who were hoping for a strong continuation will probably feel like the series is losing its spark. It would have been better to break away from what came before and either stand on its own or begin a new set of films. That’s certainly not an easy thing to do, but it would have resulted in a stronger fourth installment.
