This is definitely something I’d watch again and suggest to others. I find myself drawn to stories set in isolated underwater facilities. Titles like "Bioshock," "Deep Blue Sea," "The Meg," "Underwater," and "The Abyss" all share this appeal: the notion of being completely cut off from assistance while existing in some of Earth’s most perilous environments. Throw in a strange, time-traveling alien orb, then let it simmer within a survival scenario where people are descending into madness and objects begin to appear seemingly out of nowhere. It's pretty wild, but the movie features good actors, a solid storyline, and exciting action sequences considering all the characters are essentially geeks.
