Rachel Zegler's portrayal of Snow White is a highlight; she gave a strong performance, both in terms of emotional depth and her singing. She isn’t the reason the film has issues, despite what some people are saying. The main problem lies with Gal Gadot. Her acting and vocal abilities were really poor. I honestly can't understand how someone like that could have achieved success in Hollywood, much less landed this part. It feels as though she must have somehow charmed the casting directors because it’s hard to believe they genuinely saw her as a talented performer. The decision to cast her was even more disappointing than the computer-generated dwarves, which I initially found unappealing based on the previews, but ended up enjoying while watching the movie, particularly Dopey; he became my favorite character. Generally speaking, it’s an acceptable film. However, every time Gal Gadot appeared, I just felt uncomfortable. There were so many other actresses who could have done a better job.
