Tina Fey and Amy Poehler weren't as hilarious as one might hope, so their pairing didn’t quite reach its full potential, but they still managed to pull off an acceptable performance—playing sisters with contrasting personalities. Their characters return to their childhood home and decide to host a final party before the new owners take over. John Cena’s brief appearance was a highlight. In this female-led film, he provided a welcome dose of masculinity compared to the other male characters. The plot itself was passable, but much of the movie consists of a fairly standard party that spirals out of control.
