Its atmospheric nature and reliance on narrative and character development—elements that would have generated significant buzz with more exposure during that decade—contributed to this potential. The movie essentially centers around two snipers positioned within a skyscraper, reminiscent of films such as *12 Angry Men* or *Reservoir Dogs*, where the majority of the plot unfolds primarily in a single location and the suspense is driven by the individuals present. This might be Dolph Lundgren’s most sophisticated film, and likely one of his finest performances—particularly because he was required to deliver an actual acting performance. He couldn't simply rely on his physique; he met the challenge, as did Gina Bellman, who regrettably received less attention than she deserved and ended up being typecast in comedic television rather than serious roles.
