The film "Shoot to Kill" showcases some truly stunning natural scenery. The story moves along at a good clip, holding your attention from beginning to end, and it includes an impressive stunt sequence where Knox’s fall from a rope—he's hanging above a beautiful but dangerous ravine after being hit by a trolley—is genuinely shocking. Throughout the movie, there are numerous demonstrations of wilderness survival skills and tracking methods that put you right in Poitier’s situation, making you feel just as disoriented as he does when these techniques become essential. It also drives home the point that if we ever found ourselves lost in such a harsh environment, lasting even a few moments would be an incredible stroke of luck.
