Tammy and I recently viewed Glazer’s ‘Under the Skin,’ and really enjoyed its strange atmosphere and unusual feel. Because I had his earlier films available, we felt it was important to check out this first one right away. I’ve been a fan of Ray Winstone's performances since he started appearing in Alan Clarke’s movies, and Ben Kingsley is always welcome on screen. Seeing the characters reminded me of some great times from when I was younger, traveling around England and Europe in December of 1986. We are looking forward to possibly seeing ‘Birth’ sometime this week...This film stands out as one of the most inventive and best British gangster films since classics like 'The Long Good Friday' and 'Mona Lisa.'
