The Korean adaptation of Secret, titled Secret: Untold Melody, is a visually appealing film with an abundance of music, though it doesn't quite manage to capture the same level of feeling as the 2007 Taiwanese movie it’s based on. It incorporates fresh plot developments and contemporary updates, but unfortunately, a lack of connection between the main characters and storylines that aren’t fully explored detract from the overall experience. Even with its attractive visuals and pleasant musical sequences, it doesn't rise above the original film’s moving narrative.
