I was incredibly impressed by Searching, even though I watched it after Run, Aneesh Chaganty’s subsequent film, and already knew a lot about how closely Mahesh Narayan’s c u soon mirrors its style. What really struck me were the plot's gripping nature, how surprising it is, and the genuineness of the people involved in this unusual thriller that also feels incredibly familiar and authentic. If you haven’t seen it yet, do yourself a favor and watch it immediately. **8 stars**.
