It occasionally gets things wrong, though. As a low-budget film, it isn’t terrible. It warrants overlooking some small issues, and if you keep that in mind while watching, it won't be too disappointing. There are many films like this out there, but what sets it apart is its willingness to explore the story without getting bogged down in excessive detail. I intended for it to be a straightforward road adventure film, and viewers will find it familiar, yet also realize that it’s not really something you should spend much time analyzing. The acting was adequate, though I had hoped for more. It was directed by someone new to the field who has written numerous screenplays on similar subjects. As I mentioned, it's fairly predictable and occasionally enjoyable, with a few laughs here and there; particularly funny was that scene set in the Mexican police station. You could probably find countless reasons to dislike it, but ultimately you won’t gain anything from doing so. In my opinion, it was certainly an acceptable film to watch, though not essential viewing. If you do decide to see it, just relax and try to enjoy it for what it is. 6/10
