It's important to acknowledge right away that this film isn’t RoboCop, though that probably should be mentioned in every review of every movie. Despite that, it stands out as an exceptionally strong sequel—perhaps one of the very best ever made. Weller delivers another terrific performance. It's genuinely astonishing how effectively they managed to portray a person encased in foam latex and moving on camera.
