The forest setting feels heavy and oppressive as Robin Hood’s band waits, worried for his fate. He’s been taken prisoner and faces execution unless "Jerry" and a new companion manage to rescue him from the ever-vigilant "Tom," who is armed with a halberd and helmet. What follows is the expected back-and-forth as these mice try to get the key needed to free their leader—a task made harder by its location inside the cat’s stomach, surrounded by wine. Will they be successful in helping Robin escape? I found it entertaining overall, though one of the mouse characters was a bit distracting; I'm not sure what accent he was meant to have, since he was singing "Bonne Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond" like he was from London. Nevertheless, it’s still a fun medieval adventure where everyone survives to continue fighting.
