It's purely for those who want to see the action. The knowledge about Olivia Jackson brought me close to tears; she is genuinely heroic, my respect to her. The plot wasn’t essential; it was just another assignment—a battle to dismantle the remnants of Umbrella Corp and potentially uncover more information about past events. I've often questioned how this franchise has managed to last so long. It seems that each film making a reasonable amount of money encourages both the filmmakers and actors to continue.
