This film from the filmmaker behind "The Grudge" centers on a director working on a movie about an event that occurred in a hotel thirty-five years prior. The actress starring in his picture begins to experience disturbing images related to the actual events shortly after receiving the script. I watch numerous horror films, and while I enjoy many of them because I’m fond of the genre itself, it's unusual for one to reach this level of quality! It is intensely unsettling, with a constant sense of suspense that builds to an astonishing conclusion. The narrative is exceptionally clever and disturbing.
