It's hard to believe how ridiculous the starting point for this film is, yet they treat it with surprising earnestness. Considering the quality of the performances and direction, it feels like a genuine attempt at portraying something absurd. The final scene stands out as one of the most memorable in films I’ve seen lately. I would definitely suggest checking it out, even if only to appreciate the excellent casting choices.
