It’s easily the least impressive of the trilogy. There were stretches during 'Pusher 3' where I just wasn’t connecting with it; it felt like a middling, average experience. However, after those intensely upsetting final moments, I didn’t regret having watched it. I still think it falls short compared to the first two films, but it manages to function adequately. The main thing that kept me engaged was Zlatko Burić's performance. I can’t quite put my finger on what it is about his understated acting style, but I find him consistently enjoyable to watch. He's dependable in the 1996 and 2004 installments, and I appreciate him in 2012 as well; so when he was cast in a leading role this time, I wasn’t sure if he deserved the spotlight—but he does, barely. Burić's presence kept me invested throughout the film, and that's undeniable. I noticed he later returned to play Milo in the 2012 remake... which is strange. I should look into that sometime. The rest of the movie doesn’t really spark any strong reactions from me, if I’m being honest. But I won’t soon forget that final act—they certainly didn't hold back!
