It’s a decent crime thriller. I was entertained by *Pusher*, but the storyline seemed somewhat repetitive; to me, it felt like things were just circling back on themselves. Certain choices in lighting and editing also lessened its impact. The acting is good, and that's probably the film's best feature. Kim Bodnia delivers a reliable performance as the lead, though his portrayal feels a bit monotonous—like the plot itself. Mads Mikkelsen’s Tonny stands out simply because it’s Mads Mikkelsen; the character is alright, maybe underutilized, but that could just be my bias since he was the reason I wanted to watch this trilogy. A score of 6/10 would feel too critical, so I'm giving this 1996 film a 7/10. It wasn’t something I particularly loved, but I also can’t say that I disliked it; I guess it ends up being just watchable.
