The movie seemed well-made, though it left me feeling somewhat unfulfilled. *Prometheus*, functioning as a (somewhat) earlier story for *Alien*, didn't really grab my attention, and I honestly didn’t find much to appreciate from it. It is visually appealing, with impressive special effects, and the actors they selected were well-chosen for this 2012 film. Noomi Rapace stood out as a highlight, even though Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Charlize Theron, and Idris Elba also appear. I thought Pearce and Elba could have been utilized more effectively; there's a decent amount of screen time for both, but I still wished they were featured more—particularly Theron, who seemed almost like an afterthought.
