Project Wolf Hunting possesses several strengths, presenting a distinctive combination of horror, science fiction, and crime elements. The performances are solid, the story moves along at a good clip, however, there’s a significant drawback: it's extremely violent. I struggled to get through this movie without feeling uncomfortable on occasion. It could have been much stronger if they had reduced the amount of bloody and disturbing violence and death. The film’s brutality ultimately detracts from its overall quality and is likely to deter many viewers who might otherwise have appreciated a fun, action-packed experience. Ultimately, if you can tolerate it, this is an entertaining movie; but the gore feels excessive and becomes stifling, even for those accustomed to graphic content.
