It’s passable as a French comedy. I certainly laughed out loud at times, though the characters felt uneven; for instance, one man would switch between being boisterous and meek, and that happened with others too. We learn little details about some of the supporting players, but it felt like they appeared simply to clarify a small occurrence. Ultimately, the humor isn’t enough to compensate for a plot that feels unstable. The premise shows promise, but requires further refinement before it becomes genuinely hilarious and captivating. The conclusion didn't feel satisfying; while not sudden, it left me wondering if that was really all there was.
