This film presented a disagreement between characters with contrasting natures—one thoughtful, the other impulsive—set against a backdrop of peaceful scenery and natural beauty; their task was repairing a highway in Texas. I discovered it while browsing older online listings and managed to view it, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It ranks among the best films I’ve seen from 2013. If your preference is solely for movies filled with action, romance, comedy, or similar elements, and you don't connect with this one, that doesn't necessarily make it bad; it simply means it isn't suited to your taste. I personally found it very enjoyable. The humorous sections were particularly well done, and the character development of Paul Rudd’s hero was remarkable. It’s interesting to see how a diligent, sensible individual could evolve into someone more careless following an emotional blow caused by a romantic relationship ending.
