It’s a fairly typical thriller, though it doesn't quite reach the heights of some of Nicolas Cage’s other made-for-video movies. It wasn't terrible, and I managed to find parts of it moderately amusing, even with some visuals that seemed off, which I'm willing to overlook given what I imagine was a limited budget. Plus, seeing Famke Janssen is always welcome. And Cage, as usual, delivered a performance that wasn’t offensive. The main problem was the complicated storyline; while I will admit they explained why this important prisoner couldn’t be flown back due to a medical issue, the justification for transporting him on a cargo ship just didn't make sense. **2.75/5**
