It turned out to be precisely the kind of thing I was looking for this evening, even if it wasn't particularly well-made. Nicolas Cage and everything connected to his presence is completely absurd from beginning to end. _Under Siege_ but with parrots—it seemed like a recipe for disaster, and that’s exactly what transpired. It managed to be entertaining despite its flaws. Final rating:★★½ - There were elements I liked, but it didn't quite come together properly.
