It’s a pleasant enough teen romantic comedy written by John Hughes, though even after seeing it once, I can’t say it’s among his best work. Generally speaking, I found myself liking the main actors and appreciated certain scenes. Nevertheless, this film ranks low within John Hughes' impressive body of films from the eighties. **3.5/5**
