I'm struggling to understand what’s happening here. It seems like the usual phrase people use when criticizing a reimagining of something familiar—something about defying what viewers anticipate? And that’s precisely what happened again. They took a Predator film and turned it into something else, which isn't exactly surprising these days. Hollywood doesn't seem interested in providing audiences with what they signed up for, opting instead to present a Predator movie that isn't really one. However, the focus is on **_THE MESSAGE_**, making it indistinguishable from most films released since 2016. And, regrettably, even in that regard, they didn’t manage to do anything different. It was predictable that it would be a politically charged film, and that's exactly what we received.
