The film *Pleasure* is remarkably impactful overall. The filmmakers succeeded in creating an atmosphere of intense realism for each sequence, especially the scenes depicting pornography production; at times, it almost resembles a documentary. It’s accurately described as an erotic drama, and the genre label seems perfectly suited. The movie presents a disturbingly realistic and uncomfortable depiction of the adult film industry. I experienced a sense of discomfort throughout much of the viewing experience, which appears to be precisely what was intended. This kind of movie won't appeal to everyone, but for those who enjoy it, I suggest this release from 2021.
