It’s good they addressed the glaring weakness—the ease with which you could defeat the antagonist simply by avoiding water—but then it's hardly utilized at all. I understand the flying piranhas defy logic, yet if they can fly, one would have expected that ability to be exploited more fully. Most of the people who end up as meals are still in the water, though. Still, there’s a small amount of enjoyment to be found thanks to those old-fashioned special effects. _Final rating:★★ - Had some things that appeal to me, but a poor finished product._
