The piranhas have returned, and the reason for their reappearance is unclear, something I honestly don’t need to understand. They've found their way into a water park this time, which predictably leads to a seemingly endless string of unnecessary deaths and blood splattering every surface. There are characters present—a virgin, someone motivated by greed, a famous lifeguard, some unsuspecting young people, and an unethical police officer among others—but it’s irrelevant; they're unable to protect one another or rescue this film from its failings. I was aware of what I was getting myself into, yet I still sat through the whole thing, and it proved to be a truly unpleasant experience. The few attempts at humor felt incredibly awkward and unnatural. It makes me genuinely curious about who enjoys these kinds of movies and what draws them in. As for why I watched it myself?
