This film feels authentic, and I thought it was really good. My grandmother shared a story connected to it with me; she came from Chile. Penumbra is described as a gateway that opens only when the moon blocks out the sun. Seeing the movie gave me a bit of a fright. I'm not someone who analyzes films professionally, so I’d say it’s decent across the board, but my personal perspective makes it hard to be completely impartial because of the story my grandma told. It would be worthwhile to check it out and form your own opinion. Please forgive any errors in my English; I haven't had formal instruction. Hopefully, you can still understand what I mean.
