This film is just boring. What began as what seemed like a simple diner heist quickly becomes much more involved than the thieves anticipated. Despite having notable performers such as Forest Whitaker, Ray Liotta, and Michael Chiklis, the movie remains lifeless. It’s a direct-to-video release that doesn't seem to understand how to build suspense from its single setting. Whether it’s the unbelievable British accents or the fact that Whitaker has a very brief appearance, the plot developments ultimately lead nowhere, only amplifying the slow and frustrating pace. The cinematography is pleasant enough, and while the action isn't thrilling, it's handled adequately. However, the film clearly shows its 15-day production schedule; it feels like they assembled some well-known actors hoping they could salvage a screenplay that was meant to be clever. It didn’t work out. 4/10
