I'm not going to go into exhaustive detail about my thoughts on this film, given that there are already numerous reviews here; I’m certain others have covered points I might bring up. What I will say is that I considered it a genuinely strong movie—the writing was clever and the performances were good. There were moments where I struggled to keep track of things, not because of the way the timeline was handled (I generally prefer a more straightforward narrative like in The Godfather), but mainly due to difficulty getting the sound loud enough to hear when characters spoke quietly or rapidly. Without subtitles, I had to rely on the surrounding conversations to understand what I’d missed. It was disappointing that something so minor could detract from an otherwise excellent film reaching its full potential.
