A man, Daniel Rialet, hurries to catch his morning train, only to discover it’s a bright yellow express that won’t accommodate him. His ticket turns out to be useless, and the train isn't stopping where he needs to go. The ticket inspector, played by Jacques Martial, shows understanding but can’t do anything beyond suggesting he purchase another one. Considering the driver, the man makes his way to the engine compartment and convinces him to reduce speed so he can disembark at the following stop. Everyone else on board is anxious as they get closer to that station; the train slows down, and then… The final couple of minutes are genuinely amusing and irritating at the same time, bringing back memories of many commutes I experienced while living and working in London (though not quite the very end of it!). You don't have to understand French to appreciate the humor; it’s universal and definitely worth ten minutes.
