A pervasive feeling of unease runs through the entire film, and the unfolding enigma holds your attention until the very last moments. It tackles substantial subjects and presents a captivating idea. While I did experience some startling moments, it avoids relying on predictable frights; instead, a persistent atmosphere of suspense maintains a genuine sense of fear throughout, which was quite unsettling! The acting was also exceptionally good. You can tell it was made with limited resources, but the filmmakers managed to achieve remarkable things given those constraints. If you're a fan of horror, particularly cosmic or Lovecraftian stories, this is one I suggest checking out.
