I thought this movie was alright, but its length makes me doubt I’ll want to view it again. The plot centers on an older person working toward the goal of swimming, which is presented as a noteworthy personal victory considering the difficulties encountered in the ocean. The idea behind a senior swimmer succeeding despite hurdles is admirable; however, I was a little confused by the absence of dramatic occurrences. It felt like something was missing to really push the story along—those exciting and captivating scenes you’d expect. The characters did touch on certain issues, but the general speed at which things progressed made it feel dull and repetitive. Still, my curiosity about whether the main character would achieve their ambition kept me interested until the very end. Even though I watched it completely, I can't imagine watching this film again because it didn’t really stick with me.
