This proved to be an enjoyable science fiction film centered around an extraterrestrial arrival, though the final moments didn’t quite live up to what came before, and it felt like they tried to incorporate a lot of different ideas about alien invasions. The enormous aliens that walked on stilts were entertaining to see in action, and the initial sequence depicting an invasion of homes was unsettling and effectively executed. If you're looking for a lighthearted science fiction film and aren’t expecting something overly complex, then this might be worth your time.
