I really liked *’No Good Deed’*. It’s not a groundbreaking film and is fairly straightforward, but it provides solid action sequences and maintains a sense of suspense. The acting is quite good; Idris Elba (as Colin), despite a slightly questionable accent, and Taraji P. Henson (as Terri) both give strong performances—I appreciate seeing them on screen. While the storyline isn’t complex, it's handled effectively, and the brisk 83-minute length prevents it from feeling slow. There isn't much else to say. It's a pleasingly diverting movie from 2014, directed by Sam Miller, who previously worked with Elba on the excellent television show *’Luther’*.
