This is an excessively violent action movie centered around ninjas, featuring some truly graphic imagery. The plot itself isn't particularly interesting, but it manages to be amusing in a silly way. Raizo, who was raised by the Ozunu clan and molded into a ninja assassin, has now rejected their methods. He joins forces with Mika, an investigator working for Europol, as they pursue his former mentor seeking retribution for the death of someone close to him.
