It’s those kinds of relationships that stick with you! The film offered something new, and while it wasn't entirely groundbreaking, at least it attempted to stand out. This horror-comedy comes from a pair of brothers who are making their debut as feature filmmakers. The plot centers on Holly, who is 19, and Rob, in his twenties, whose paths cross when they’re both working at a supermarket. They quickly become attracted to each other, but there's an obstacle: if they sleep together, Rob's deceased girlfriend appears. The film explores the explanation behind this occurrence and whether or not it can be resolved. The pacing felt a bit sluggish, even though I found it diverting. It has a reasonable story that’s developed adequately, although the resolution was rather predictable. While it wasn’t something you could see coming, the reason provided felt somewhat ridiculous. If your expectations aren't high, then it may be enjoyable. The acting isn’t terrible. It doesn't elicit many laughs because it is a dark comedy. Despite being set in a contemporary environment, the narrative primarily concentrates on the three main characters and a few others. This keeps things moving forward without unnecessary scenes. That’s what makes it intriguing, even if it isn’t particularly remarkable. As I mentioned, it's worth seeing for being unlike most of the films out there. _6/10_
