This film takes an unusual approach. Science fiction combined with knights? I found that appealing. There’s a good time to be had, but underneath the surface lies considerable depth and intense feelings. My one complaint concerns two of the central characters; they are portrayed as gay. It isn't about disapproval of anyone’s sexuality—it just feels like modern movies feel obligated to feature LGBTQ+ couples. It seems there’s a Hollywood rule requiring it, even when those relationships don’t contribute anything to the plot. It was an enjoyable experience overall. Have tissues ready.
