An enjoyable movie blending anime aesthetics, cyberpunk themes, and psychic battles. It draws inspiration noticeably from *Ghost in the Shell*, though I wasn’t overly critical of this since the film seems conscious of it and doesn't try to be something it isn’t. The performances are intentionally exaggerated and silly, which works well with the movie’s general feel. The story moves along at a solid clip, avoiding slow moments. A considerable amount is packed into its roughly seventy-minute length. While the animated fight sequences aren’t groundbreaking, they're entertaining. I would suggest this to people who like live-action adaptations of anime.
