This film is a delightful and charming example of 1960s Texan exploitation noir. I really love this movie; it surpasses expectations completely. It provides exactly what viewers of the genre would want, and then goes above and beyond. The visuals are striking, with gorgeous cinematography. The music perfectly matches the mood and isn't irritating—a common problem in these kinds of films. The sets and costumes are elaborate and wonderfully fashionable. Each actress is distinct, given opportunities to showcase their individual style and develop their characters. They’re all entertaining, alluring, and visually stunning. And yes, there are plenty of revealing outfits throughout the film, displaying lovely figures. The storyline itself follows a familiar pattern, but it's handled with care and creativity, including unexpected turns, amusing details, and several genuinely funny moments. Marni Castle is exceptional; she completely dominates every scene. She’s believable as both the wealthy, sexually driven businesswoman Brenda McClain and the leather-clad, tough boss Big Shim. Her character is undeniably wicked, yet you find yourself drawn to her. Lines like "Pull down his panties so we can operate" are hard to resist. It earns a full five stars. A perfect score of ten out of ten. See it while you have the chance.
