The movie gets going with an initial sense of suspense and a killing scene—plus, there’s some unexpected nudity in a nighttime shot. However, the rest felt quite tedious, compounded by irritating characters and performances that weren't great. Even though it doesn’t overstay its welcome, I mostly found it to be lackluster, and the plot twist didn’t really land. It’s easy to see why this slasher from the early 1980s has faded from memory. **1.25/5**
