I really found this unsettling; I wish I’d considered the title more carefully given what it suggests. It portrays life experiences for young people with a sense of authenticity, particularly when they aren’t thinking about their lives or the impact their actions could have later on. The spiritual understanding demonstrated by the young actress playing the main character is truly impressive, and the resulting scenes are intense and overwhelming.
