Let’s see… where does one begin? It's truly awful. William Shatner portrays "Johnny Moon," who is largely white, alongside his wayward twin, "Notah" (primarily Comanche) in this shockingly poor western that inexplicably drew Joseph Cotten to take on the role of the Sheriff. “Johnny” finds himself constantly being held responsible for the trouble caused by his brother, and eventually, there needs to be some sort of resolution. Unfortunately, this resolution arrives far too late—approximately 90 minutes past due—to save this ridiculous story set in the West. The script (apparently crafted by four different writers, possibly each handling a section of the alphabet) is dreadful, as is the filmmaking and the music. There’s some pleasant scenery to be observed if you can manage to keep your eyes open between moments of discomfort, but otherwise, this isn't worth your time, not even if all your other movies have been devoured by insects and you no longer have access to streaming services.
